Foundations:

Load-bearing walls:

  • masonry made of ceramic blocks MAX of 25cm thickness.
  • foundation walls of concrete blocks of 25cm thickness.

Pillars:

  • reinforced concrete according to the technical description of the construction and drawing of the construction.

Binders:

  • reinforced concrete according to the technical description of the construction and drawing of the construction.

Ceilings:

  • reinforced concrete of 15 cm thickness according to the technical description of the construction and drawing of the construction.

Stairs:

Door joinery:

  • wooden, anti-burglary external door,
  • typical tilting steel garage gate - Hormann type, no thermal insulation.

Window joinery:

  • typical plastic, glazed with single chamber thermally insulated insert, Okfens system,
  • typical wooden roof windows glazed with single chamber thermally insulated insert,
  • window colour: golden oak.

Anti-humidity insulation:

  • foundation - bituminous dispersion,
  • balconies - building welded foil,
  • roof - wind insulation.

Thermal insulation:

  • warming of external walls with 10 cm expanded polystyrene applying the light wet method
  • insulation of balcony slab with 15 cm expanded polystyrene.

Acoustic insulation:

  • Parietal expansion joint of the floor - EPS T-30dB expanded polystyrene of 2cm thickness,
  • inter-segment wall - double wall of concrete masonry unit 25 MAX, with expansion joint.

Ventilation and exhaust ducts:

  • prefabricated chimney and ventilation Schiedel hollow blocks

Other:

  • fencing of the plot from the garden side - Bekaert type fence of 1.2m height,
  • driveways and pavement made of grey cobblestone of 8 cm thickness.

Elevation of the building

  • Materials:
  • thin-coat plaster lathing, acrylic BOLIX 2mm grits,
  • thin-coat plaster lathing, mosaic BOLIX TM,
  • roof cladding with Brass type cement roof tiles,
  • wooden door joinery,
  • plastic window joinery, Okfens system,

  • wooden elements should be protected with colouring transparent impregnating agent,

  • IDEAL INTERTEC ALUPLAST 4000 system, four chambers of development width 70mm,
  • glazed with insulated glass,
  • plastic PVC internal window sills.

Metal joinery:

  • staircase joinery - aluminium entrance door based on thermal insulated profiles,
  • staircase fittings - PVC.

Sanitary and kitchen equipment:

  • in kitchens and bathrooms - water and sewage junctions.

Anti-humidity insulation:

  • foundation - bituminous dispersion,
  • balconies - building welded foil,
  • floor on the ground - building welded foil,
  • roof - wind insulation, para insulation.

Thermal insulation:

  • warming of external walls with 10 cm expanded polystyrene applying the light wet method,
  • roof insulation with 20 cm mineral wool,
  • 3 cm expanded polystyrene insulation of ceilings above the residential part of the groundfloor,
  • insulation of balcony slab with 15 cm expanded polystyrene,
  • insulation of floor on the ground with 10 cm expanded polystyrene in residential rooms.

Acoustic insulation

  • floor insulation with EPS T-24dB expanded polystyrene of 3cm thickness,
  • parietal expansion joint of the floor - EPS T-30dB expanded polystyrene of 2cm thickness,
  • walls between apartments - wall hollow block MAX 25.

Ventilation and exhaust ducts:

  • prefabricated chimney and ventilation Schiedel hollow blocks.

Internal insulation pipes:

  • cold and warm water - polypropylene pipes,
  • heating insulation – layer twin pipes Tigris Alupex type (PE-X/AL./PE-RT).

  • water supply, warm utility water supplied to each apartment, connection for central heating boiler,
  • sewage installation, sewage discharge to municipal network,
  • roof drainage installation and perimeter drain - rainwater discharge to municipal sewage system,
  • central heating installation without radiators and central heating boiler,
  • installation of gravitational ventilation and exhaust discharge,
  • electric installation, no sockets, wires to the power supply box,
  • lightning protection system.
